How do I book in a repair?

Please call or use our online booking service.

What if you cannot fix my phone?

If your device is beyond economical repair, no repair charge applies. Just a call out or postage fee.

How long will the repair take?

Most repairs are covered within 30 minutes, unless further issues surface. The postal service is around 2-4 days.

Can I drop my phone off to Bob in person?

We have a number of offices, please contact us.

Do I get a warranty with my repair?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all repairs and parts.

How much will the postage service cost?

Bob suggests you use delivery with insurance to our service centre as a precaution in case of the phone being lost in transit. The cost is dependant on the weight of the device(normally £7-8). We send all phones back with a £500 insurance cover.

How do I pay Bob for my phone repair?

We accept card, bank transfer or cash.

How can I track my order?

When you send your phone by insured delivery you will receive a tracking number by the courier which you can use to track your parcel. FixMeBob will provide you with a tracking number when your phone is dispatched back to you.

Will I be contacted at any point with a progress report?

No. Bob will only contact you if there is a complication with your device or once the repair is complete.

Will I receive an invoice for my repair?

Yes, once the repair is completed.

I don’t know if it’s worth fixing my device.
